Recipe - Fluoride Blocking Nut & Seed Mix

Hi everyone; here's a simple nut and seed mix you can make yourself that is loaded with fluoride fighting nutrients:

Pumpkin Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Walnuts

You can buy all of these right at Walmart. The Walnuts are in the cooking section. Mix all in sandwich bag & store. The pumpkin seeds are heavily salted, so some of the salt will cover the unsalted walnuts this way.

The Pumpkin Seeds are a great source of magnesium; about 30% per serving. Supplementing with magnesium can prevent fluoride toxicity and magnesium deficiency, which is linked to Fibromyalgia, TMJ, Repetitive Strain Injury, Muscle Twitches/Muscle Tension, Heart Palpitations, Mitral Valve Prolapse, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Numbness, Tingling, Zaps, Chest Tightness, Inability to take deep breath, and Bone and Joint Health.

The Sunflower Seeds are loaded with vitamin e, which is a very powerful antioxidant that has been proven to correct some of the toxic effects of fluoride, including reproductive health in both men and women.

The walnuts are an excellent source of Omega 3's. I prefer them over olive oil and fish - both can be high in fluoride. Omega 3 helps with pain and inflammation, nerve damage, improves memory, recall, memory and focus, helps with ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and compulsive disorders, supports cardiovascular health, protects from heart attack and stroke, and can help prevent breast, colon and prostate cancer.

You could also add this mix to fresh blueberries for a wholesome snack with even more fluoride fighting power.
